One of my New Year’s Resolutions was to waste as little as possible, in regards to everything, especially food. I’m trying very hard to stick to it but at times it can be difficult. I was so glad I had saved all of past holiday decorations because this past weekend we hosted a birthday party with the fabulous theme of the “holidays”. The focus was on: Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Canada Day. I had so much fun coming up with the craft and wanted to share. The great thing about this craft, is you could do it at any of the holidays. All materials were bought from the dollar store, making it a very budget friendly craft!
Materials:
boxes
pipe cleaners
foam cut outs from various holidays
cotton balls
glue, scissors, hot glue, markers
sparkles and stickers
As you can see, the favorite holiday was Easter, I think it may have had something to do with how cute the little duck was and perhaps everyone longing for warmer weather!
